This diverse panel of women will share their personal narratives and lived life experiences, challenging you to begin to lead audaciously with bravery and tenacity. Our panelists will share lessons learned from their career paths and how they cultivate a culture of trust and advocacy, amplifying the voices of the women within their organizations. Our panel will also explore what it means to be an ally and mentor to other women and how to become a co-conspirator for social justice creating room for all women to lead authentically with grit and grace. Attendees can expect to walk away with additional tools to help them transform their activism for women in leadership. Our panel will challenge you to not just STAND UP for the success of women within your organizations, but to DEMAND IT! The time is now for women in leadership to be valued, heard and validated.
