Exploring the racial disparities that exist in leadership.
Some organizations have moved the needle on implementing more equitable and inclusive organizational cultures, however, people of color are still underrepresented in C-suite and executive positions. In this workshop, we will cross-examine the assumptions about people of color in leadership positions by examining the alleged deficits possessed. By shifting from deficit-thinking mindset, we can explore deep-rooted assumptions and shift the narrative. We will explore practical ways to create change within your organization by rethinking racial leadership.
Get ready to be challenged and let’s have some fun learning!
