Replacing performative efforts with measurable leadership systems.
If you’re keeping up with the five-week video series leading up to this session, you already know where we’re headed. If you haven’t, here’s the short version: the DEI crisis most organizations are living through right now isn’t a belief problem. It’s an execution problem. Backlash, legal caution, ERG drift, and leader fatigue aren’t signs that inclusion doesn’t work. They’re signs it was never built to survive pressure in the first place.
When six in ten employees feel their opinions genuinely count, organizations see 27% lower turnover, 40% fewer safety incidents, and 12% higher productivity (Gallup). That’s not a culture nice-to-have. That’s an operating risk sitting in plain sight.
This is a two-hour working session, not a lecture. You’ll participate in live polls, work an Application Lab at your table to diagnose one real problem you’re facing, and score your own organization against the Inclusion Multipliers Five Capabilities framework. You’ll leave with a plan, not just a page of notes.

What you can expect
By the end of this session, you’ll be able to:
- Name where your organization’s inclusion work is leaking: ideas left unsaid, input unheard, contributions unweighted, work uncredited, before those leaks cost you trust, talent, or turnover
- Evaluate your own leadership practice against the Five Capabilities: Performance Catalyst, Intelligence Amplifier, Risk Navigator, Systems Architect, and Talent Multiplier
- Tell the difference between activity and infrastructure, and spot where your team is over-investing in one and under-investing in the other
- Leave with your multiplication map: the five people you’re going to develop next, and where to start
- Build language to make the business case for inclusion inside your own organization, whatever your title is
Stick around after. Kamana and the DLA community are continuing the conversation at a Community Coffee Chat immediately following the session. Details coming soon!

Inclusion Multipliers

Kamana Khadka is the Founder and Chief Multiplication Officer of Inclusion Multipliers, a Phoenix-based leadership development and inclusion consulting firm.
Her stance: DEI doesn’t belong in HR. It belongs with every leader.
Her proprietary Inclusion Multipliers Framework is a fresh approach built on that belief, developing leaders who develop more inclusive leaders instead of leaving the work to one department: one becomes five, five become twenty-five, twenty-five become a culture that survives leadership and budget changes.
She brings 14+ years leading inclusion work inside healthcare, nonprofit, and corporate organizations, holds an MPH, and Advanced Diversity Professional certification from Cornell University. She serves on Diversity Leadership Alliance board and also co-chairs their education committee.
Off the clock, she’s mom to a 10-year-old and outnumbered by Jonas, her maltipoo and self-appointed Chief Wellness Officer.
