April 2026
What if the key to building community and bringing people together, especially during turbulent times, is something you already carry with you every day?
Curiosity might be the most powerful, yet underused, leadership tool we have.
In this session, drawing on restorative circle practices, you’ll experience firsthand how curiosity is sparked, making people feel seen, heard, and valued. You’ll leave with practical tools you can use immediately to forge community relationships and the confidence to recreate this environment wherever you lead.
The goal for this session is simple: every person in the room should leave having collectively experienced a practice they can immediately adopt individually.

4 Key Learnings:
- Frame conversations to invite people in, setting the tone before it even begins
- Co-create group agreements to establish individual and mutual accountability
- Ask ORID questions to move people from surface-level responses to real insight and action
- Use restorative circle practices to build community, resolve conflict, and heal harm
This session is ideal for nonprofit leaders, facilitators, educators, and anyone seeking to transform the way they approach challenging conversations.
Participants will leave with concrete strategies for implementing these practices in both workplace and personal settings.
