Building Resilience and Renewed Hope for Equity and Inclusion

“Organizations that truly grasp, acknowledge, and understand that Inclusion and equity not only attracts and retains top-tier talent but also gains a distinct competitive edge in the marketplace.”
From Our Co-Founder Marion Kelly
At Diversity Leadership Alliance, our unwavering commitment has always been to provide a robust platform for fostering diversity and inclusion dialogues. We’ve consistently offered invaluable learning opportunities that elevate professional development, understanding, and the promotion and management of diversity as a fundamental driver of business success. Organizations that truly grasp, acknowledge, and understand that diversity attract and retain top-tier talent and gain a distinct competitive edge in the marketplace.
As we gather for our 22nd Annual Conference, themed “Actions Speak Louder,” we recognize that the imperative for diversity and inclusion extends far beyond the boundaries of our own nation. It encompasses global concerns as well, such as the ongoing challenges in war-torn countries, where voices of unity and empathy are even more vital. The past year has taught us one invaluable lesson: we need more individuals who will fervently champion equity and inclusion. Together, we must amplify our collective voice to drown out the divisive forces of hatred. We must resolutely engage in the essential work of bringing respect, understanding, and undying support to sustain the work of Equity, Diversity, Belonging, and Inclusion in the places we work, places we pray and share our faith, and within and across the communities in which we live around and across the world.
The road ahead holds great promise if we each do our part in supporting and building equitable communities. We eagerly anticipate the next 20 years of progress and transformation.
Sincerely,
